Finding qualified candidates in a tight job market can be a challenge.  Giving your company an edge by getting the most out of your social media and digital channels can not only attract candidates, but it can also give them a positive impression of your company.  

Understanding how your company is being represented online and how different tools can help attract more potential candidates will help you stand out in today’s market.

About the Speaker: 

Kaylyn is a social media specialist at Flint Group where she helps clients with everything from strategy to analysis to community management. She had been working in marketing for more than four years with experience in fashion, business-to-business and now agency work. Kaylyn is an NDSU Alumnae and is active with the United Way and YPN.
