About the Speaker: 

Beth represents business clients at key milestones, including formation, purchase and sale, real estate transactions, financing and other commercial and financial transactions.

She also advises companies on general corporate matters, and advises and represents employers on various employment and labor issues.

Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Beth worked as a law clerk in the Fargo office and served as a judicial extern with the Honorable Kermit E. Bye of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
