Program Summary: 

The primary objective of performance management is to assess and improve the performance of employees and increase their future potential while adding value to the company. Performance management systems are often misunderstood and mismanaged. Careful preparation and understanding is required if the process is to be successful, worthwhile and relevant. If done effectively, performance management can offer a large degree of satisfaction for both the employee and the employer. We will discuss the importance and benefits of designing a performance management system with the objective of improving both individual and organizational performance by identifying performance requirements, providing regular feedback and assisting the employees in career development.

About the Speaker: 

Rena Stenseth brings forth over 14 years of diverse Human Resources experience with over 9 years in the banking atmosphere as a Director and VP of HR. Rena’s skills and passion allow her to communicate effectively and bring out the best in friends, family and business.
