Employees + Social Media: An Equation to Share Your Culture and Amplify Your Recruitment Reach

Educational Luncheon 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Presented by Kirsten Jensen, Founder & Digital Strategist, Next Action Digital

To register: Employees + Social Media: An Equation to Share Your Culture and Amplify Your Recruitment Reach

Program Summary:

On average, your employees have 10 times as many connections on social media as your organization. That means an exponential number of people are just one degree away from learning about what you do -- and the missing links are your employees!

If you're still tightly managing who can share your organization's story in social media, you're missing out on big opportunities to reach new audiences -- with posts from someone that they trust and care about. Trusting your employees to share their experiences improves engagement and inspires the most amazing content!

Join us to learn more about the power of employee advocacy, a strategy that empowers your employees to share their unique perspective in social media. You'll hear about the impact that employee advocacy has had for recruitment at local companies such as CCRI and LSSND.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Learn how employee advocacy can improve the reach of your social media recruitment messages
  2. See how content from employees provides social proof for your culture and employment brand
  3. Explore creative ways that recruiters can share employee posts and add their voice to encourage applications
  4. See the impact that this social media strategy has had on recruitment for local companies, such as CCRI and LSSND
