Program Summary: 

Retention of employees is more challenging today, hear how to provide the new workplace environment that people are looking for! The keys to retention start immediately, included are Innovative Onboarding techniques that can increase retention and enable employees to have more effective training. Hear what the new 3 keys to retention are, and how to easily implement them!

About the Speaker: 

Mike Henke's passion for building strong teams led to the creation of Mike Henke Inc, and he works with organizations throughout the country in the areas of Leadership Training, Recruiting & Retention, and Positive Workplace Environment. Mike is former SHRM Chapter President and has presented at numerous SHRM State Conferences.
