About the Speaker:
Teresa Sayler, Manager of HR at BCBSND, leads the HR Business Partner team in coaching and consulting with business leaders on organizational design, employee engagement, employee & leader development, and workforce data analysis. Teresa is also one of the co-planners for DisruptHR Fargo and fully dedicated to changing the way HR impacts the workplace.
