To Register:  Uncovering Leadership Blind Spots: Discovering the Pathway to Motivating Your In-Person and Remote Teams

Program Summary

Leadership matters, whether working offsite or in person. Most leaders "think" they’re demonstrating the qualities of an effective leader, but the findings from a new study indicate otherwise. Through a recent global employee study, Dale Carnegie identified specific areas where leaders are falling short – we call these “leadership blind spots”. Join us as we identify the leadership attributes that are critical to organizational performance and find out what leaders may be missing as employees return to working together onsite.

Learning Objectives

This will cover the following topics:

  • Identify key leadership characteristics that motivate and inspire people
  • Uncover critical leadership behaviors and examine their impact on employee satisfaction and retention
  • Consider perceptions of our own leadership and ways we can be more effective leading people in person or remotely
