To register:  The Problem of Disengagement and Why Well-Being Is the Key

Program Summary:

Research shows that disengaged employees are costing businesses revenue and productivity. The key to increasing engagement is to focus on what employees need to have a high sense of well-being: a positive work culture and a handle on both work and home-life stressors. Troy will share actionable steps to help company leaders better support employees and, in doing so, increase engagement, retention, and revenue.

Learning Objectives:

1. Help attendees to understand the problem of employee disengagement and how absenteeism is only the tip of the iceberg.

2. No more speculation: employees will tell us what they need to be better employees but we need to pay attention.

3. How to bridge the gap between data and meaningful organizational change.

4. There's always room for improvement: how we continue to grow even when feedback is positive.
