To register:  Leading Others Through Change

Program Summary:

Most people resist change not because they don’t agree with it, but because they have an underlying fear of how the change will affect them personally. It’s important to understand that when change happens, fear is involved. We need to expect resistance, prepare for it and address it.

Learning Objectives:

1.       Understand Change Resistance and why it exists in the workplace

2.       Identify common fears individuals experience

3.       Develop solutions to combat common fears
