Most people resist change not because they don’t agree with it, but because they have an underlying fear of how the change will affect them personally. It’s important to understand that when change happens, fear is involved. We need to expect resistance, prepare for it and address it.
Kacie Weber is an Organizational Development Specialist at First International Bank & Trust, a Certified Training Professional from Interaction Training and a Certified Strengths Coach. She serves on the board for FMHRA as the Director of Communications and on the board for ND Association for Talent Development as the VP of Communications and Marketing. She is passionate about the personal and professional growth and development of others and is involved in both leadership and individual contributor development opportunities within her organization.
Educational luncheons are free for FMHRA members & student members - including virtual or in-person options.
Non-members: Please register, and submit payment one week prior to the meeting. $30 charge per meeting - including virtual or in-person options.
