Have you ever been told that you should write a book because you have gone through so much? Maybe you find yourself saying, “no more” and then moving the line in the sand, one more time. Today is your day to go beyond coping and build true resilience.
Speaking from the heart, real and raw, Kim will show you how to create a plan to be resilient. Using the core principles of Determined-Decisions, Act Consistently, Mind Your Business, No Excuses, she will give you the tools and strength to toss the coping crown and take a flying leap of resilience!
1. Learn the difference between coping and resilience.
2. Learn to use truth as a decision-making tool.
3. Understand willingness as the foundation of resilience.
4. Learn how excuses sneak in and derail our best efforts.
