Program Summary

This session will help employers and human resource professionals understand the most common work visas that allow U.S. employers to hire talented international graduates of U.S. universities. The immigration process can seem very confusing to employers and HR professionals.  However, there are inexpensive and streamlined options available to US companies seeking to hire international students as interns, or as employees after graduation.  This program will discuss work options for foreign students including Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optional Practical Training (OPT), as well as the popular H1B work visa for international grads.
