Presented: Avalon Events Center OR Virtual

Speaker:  Pat Bertagnolli

Program Summary:

The current labor market presents challenges for all employers and there isn’t a one-size-fits all solution to solve this issue affecting every community statewide. With more and more businesses opening or coming to North Dakota every day, we need more people, but how do you get those people to come to your community to fill the open jobs?

Join Pat Bertagnolli, Executive Director for Job Service North Dakota, as he explains his approach to community building and how together we can all make a difference.

Key Takeaways:

1. The fundamentals of recruiting & retention

2. The Importance of aligning communities, schools & industry (emphasis on our youth)

3. Building a culture that people want to be a part of

4. Leveraging JSND and our resources
