Program Summary

Gapology was written to be a comprehensive tool for leaders to apply in their daily lives in order to move their teams and themselves closer to their goals and expectations. This training workshop is designed to take participants through the methods laid out in the book and help provide real-world strategies to help quickly identify and close the performance gaps that we all experience each day.

The lunch session will be an overview of how to define performance gaps and root solutions and high level of the knowledge gaps, importance gaps and action gaps.

The lunch session is approved for 1.0 HR (General) credit / 1.0 SHRM credit

Learning Objectives:

1. Participants will acquire an understanding of the three types of performance gaps.

2. Participants will acquire an understanding of the nine root solutions that will close the gaps.

3. Participants will begin practicing methods to close performance gaps in their own lives.

4. Participants will create a call-to-action challenge and options for next steps.
