Program Summary:

Workforce challenges continue to be the number one issue impacting local businesses. In our current climate, organizations are faced with rapid change and consistently lack talent retention and bench strength. As a result, managers often become stuck in a cycle of ensuring the most urgent tasks and projects are completed and have little time, energy, and resources to truly lead.

Elevating from managing the day-to-day to true leadership requires a coaching mindset – the active and strategic development of a team. When coaching becomes second nature, a new culture within the organization emerges, allowing leaders to delegate and manage time more efficiently, drive performance and retention, navigate change and plan for the future.

Step back from the weeds and join us for an interactive session to gain insight and tangible tools to develop a coaching culture that will combat today’s most pressing workforce challenges.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Evaluate the effect of current workforce challenges on your organization as a whole
  2. Understand the big-picture importance of the cycle of development and talent management
  3. Evolve as an influential leader through increased self-awareness
  4. Develop coaching skills to drive performance on your team
  5. Navigate difficult conversations with diplomacy and tact
  6. Take away practical time management and delegation best practices
