Program Summary: 

The experience that people have at work directly impacts both the outcomes they achieve and their quality of life. By creating Employee Experience (EX) intentionally, leaders can build an environment that supports and inspires their team. During this session, HR practitioners will gain practical insights into what they can do to create a better EX for their people. The hour will include opportunities for participants to reflect on how they impact EX in their company, as well as time for questions at the end.

Gil Cohen - Founder, Employee Experience Design.  Gil Cohen has a passion for helping companies design employee experiences that improve both the outcomes of the organization and the lives of its employees. Over his two-decade career, Gil has worked with leadership teams from numerous industries to help them improve the experiences they create.
