World Café is a structured conversational process intended to facilitate open discussion. Participants move between a series of 'virtual' tables where they continue the discussion in response to a set of predetermined HR topics.
The World Café process has demonstrated a remarkable capacity to foster authentic conversation and knowledge-sharing among people of varied backgrounds—even if they have never met or had formal dialogue training. You might be surprised at what emerges!
