FMHRA is proud to announce that we are offering an in-person certification preparation course this fall for individuals preparing for either the SHRM-CP or the SHRM-SCP! The course will last for 12 weeks, meeting Thursdays from 6pm to 9pm. It will run from Sept 15, 2022 – Dec 8, 2022. This is an excellent way to prepare for your certification test! About the Facilitator:
Janie Breth graduated from the University of Mary with a degree in Management and has worked in various HR roles for over 20 years in several industries. She is a Senior Certified Professional through SHRM and has been facilitating for them since 2016. Janie has promoted the HR profession by previously sitting on the FMHRA Board as Director of Professional Development, as well as partnering with FMHRA/NDSCS to present the Certification course and other topics in Human Resources. She is currently the HR Manager for GPK Products, Inc. Why does she love HR?
