Program Summary

Reduce stress and burnout through the power of JOY. Yes- Joy. Yes- It sounds cheesy, but this research-rooted process empowers people to identify challenges, expand their circle of influence, and take action to solve problems. To do this, we tap into the power of joy and by doing it, we help create more joy in the world around us.

Takeaways

    1. Staying connected to your purpose is vital to life-long happiness and fulfillment, so how can we help ourselves and others find and live their purpose?

    2. To solve problems, we first identify them and understand our circle of influence. What can you control? What can you influence?

    3. Identifying and focusing on joy fuels action and retrains your brain. So can tap into the power of joy to help you move forward?

    4. Utilize a simple step-by-step problem-solving process to address frustrations and take control of worries. How can you help create more joy for yourself and those around you?
