Through real-life experiences, research-based insights, and in-person simulations, participants will gain empathy, practical tools, and the confidence to create a more inclusive learning and working environment. Whether you're an educator, parent, or employer, this presentation will equip you with the knowledge to advocate for and empower dyslexic individuals in their literacy and life success journey.

    4. Foster Advocacy and Support: Participants will develop strategies for collaborating with schools and employees, and communities to create an inclusive environment for individuals with dyslexia.

      About the Speaker

After successfully finding a solution to her son Haley’s learning challenges, Kari was determined to help others with the most common yet most misunderstood learning difference: dyslexia. In 2011, Kari opened the doors to Haley’s Hope, a non-profit center dedicated to changing how people recognize and understand how those with dyslexia learn. Through years of personal experience, intensive training, and advanced education, her knowledge of dyslexia is extensive, and her desire to share and educate never ceases.
